To ensure the best experience for both you and our team, please read and accept the following policies before booking your appointment. By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below.
Hijabi-Friendly Space
Our salon is a hijabi-friendly space, and we are committed to providing a comfortable and private environment for all our clients. For this reason, male companions are strictly not allowed inside the salon. If you require an exception due to special circumstances, please contact us in advance so we can discuss the best way to accommodate your needs.
Booking Deposit
A $50 AUD deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your treatment.
Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your appointment: your deposit can be refunded or kept on file to reschedule, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment: the deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
No-Shows
If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to notify us, your $50 AUD deposit will be automatically forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.
Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment a maximum of 2 times.

Each change must be made with at least 48 hours' notice.

If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or beyond the 2-time limit, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Service Guarantee
We do not offer refunds on services, but we fully stand behind our work with a service guarantee. To claim your guarantee:

You have 3 weeks from the date of your service to report any concerns.

Please send us a photo of your hair freshly washed and blow-dried (with no styling products), so we can properly assess the result.

If we identify that something needs to be corrected, we'll ask you to come into the salon, where we will wash and blow-dry your hair in person to evaluate which areas need attention.

Based on our evaluation, the solution will be either:
- A partial touch-up (nanoplasty applied only to the areas that need it), or
- A full second application, only if the assessment determines that the entire hair requires it.

We do not provide cash or card refunds on services under any circumstances.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by chemical treatments performed after your service (bleaching, colouring, straightening, or any other treatments done outside our salon) or by the use of non-recommended products.
